The programme aimed at discussing key issues related to quality education and welfare of Ayurveda teachers and students. ATA National President Dr. Rahul Suryavanshi presented crucial points, including: – Implementation of NCISM pay scale, PF, and Gratuity – Career Advancement Scheme and compulsory three-tier system – Professor requirement in each department – Faculty development programmes – Teacher Welfare Committee in every college – Permanent appointment orders for teachers – Superannuation age limit up to 65 – CME credit points and part-time PhD provisions – Super-specialty departments and teacher workload Dr. Sujata, President, Women Wing Karnataka, highlighted women teachers’ concerns, while Dr. Ravi Shrivastava discussed PG seat issues. Dr. Manisha Kothekar positively discussed the points and invited ATA executives to meet at NCISM office, Delhi, for further discussion and implementation. Dr Vinod Chaudhari welcome and introduced chief Guest, Dr Kiran Tawalare gave brief information about ATA work ,Dr Pramod Khobragade gave vote of thanks.
